Do not take the medication for longer than the course which your doctor has prescribed. The dosage of Tamiflu for treating influenza in adults and teenagers, is 75mg twice each day for five days. Dosage for children over the age of one is usually from 30-75mg twice per day for five days but is determined by body weight.
